I'm a people-person. I enjoy working with a team or for clients. People give me energy. I want to focus on my core values: transparency, collaboration, agility, consistency and pro-activity and my key motivators: confronting challenges, creating new possibilities, analyzing issues, finding innovative solutions and making others grow. That is where I find my positive energy.

At the end of the day I do like to see results. So yes, I am performance-driven.

In my free time, I love to play with my two sons, enjoy dinner with family or go dancing with friends. I like to organize holidays and weekends for a bunch of friends. I love to clear my mind whilst running. During winter I enjoy snow-boarding & in summertime I like to play tennis.
In short, I enjoy life intensively.

I have worked in sales for the last 15 years, and have always practiced and coached others on the consultative selling approach. I have led several sales and marketing teams for the last 7 years for 2 large corporates and 1 international company.

Thanks to my focus & resilience, these companies have become more innovative, the sales, account & marketing teams are better organised, solution oriented and more performance driven. Their business is now also more digitally oriented.

I have learned a lot about sprint, agile, design thinking. About growth marketing & improving the customer experience via marketing automation & building a content strategy. I've always focussed on creating value and making this tangible for the customer.

WHAT I LOVE
I love to help others in developing their skills, open their eyes to establish change, support companies in (re-)strategising.

However I do not like theory, only to learn. I enjoy being in boat and making my hands dirty. When I'm explaining something it will be with a concrete example. When I'm teaching something, it will be with tips and tricks to put it into practice. When I'm working high level, it will always be accompanied with knowing how to implement it.

I have worked on 2 "cruise ships" over the last 15 years but my last trip was on a speed boat and that was really thrilling!
Making an individual or company faster, better or stronger by being inspiring and approaching things differently.
That's where I need to be.
